Today was the mid term election and the democrats won a stunning victory to take both the House and the Senate.
The polls had predicted a democratic victory in the House but 50-50 chance of taking the Senate but this was a thumping of Trump and the Republican party.
Clearly many things were wrong in the US. The President was a seriously flawed man. This and the levels of corruption, high prices of food, diesel and healthcare. But even then I didn’t think the margin of victory would be so complete. Especially when Trump had overwhelmingly won with such a wide margin in 2024.
A good day for the US.
